Goal: to create European Network of Law Enforcement Practitioners that could help solving capacity and capability needs valid for law enforcement agencies. It will be achieved by setting new perimeters for Pan-European cooperation between LEA’s, Industry and the research community.

Objectives:

1) to form a Law Enforcement Network across Europe;
2) to express common requirements that can fill capability and operational gaps;
3) to monitor research and innovation;
4) to indicate priorities for standardization and policy recommendations;
5) to create conditions for better interaction with industry, research and academia;
6) capacity building and knowledge exchange;
7) to disseminate results and interact with other related networks.
