Objective: to develop an ambitious research and innovation roadmap leveraging Europe’s strengths and opportunities across multiple disciplines, maturity levels and geographical locations. Launch and execute four Programs validating the operation of the network and performing ground-breaking advances in key areas related to Europe’s strategic autonomy, step up cybersecurity outreach, harmonize training curricula and significantly strengthen European capacities.
