Objective:  to enhance the capabilities of European law enforcement agencies to counter drug trafficking in the context of the Internet environment by equipping practitioners with new skills, methodologies and tools necessary to identify the flow of drugs and the key players involved, as well as testing the efficiency and unique capabilities of innovative technologies, examining new investigation techniques and tactics.
